History

It is the policy of JEM Electronics, Inc. that we deliver defect-free, competitive products and services on time to fulfill our customers’ needs and expectations.  Our goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and continually improving processes. 

JEM started as a contract manufacturer by supplying custom audio cable assemblies to the automotive industry. We have grown throughout the years by investing in the automation of our assembly processes and by supplying product to several different industries. As our experience and customer base grew, we became involved in more complex electro-mechanical assemblies and box builds. Today, JEM specializes in the turnkey fabrication of electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies as well as the manufacture of custom cable and wire harness assemblies.

Currently, JEM maintains manufacturing facilities in two locations. The corporate headquarters is in Franklin, Massachusetts, and the second facility is located in Tijuana, Mexico. Both our facilities have been certified to meet the standards of TS 16949 and ISO 9001, and we have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements.
