Certifications

JEM maintains manufacturing facilities in two locations. The corporate headquarters is in Franklin, Massachusetts, and a second facility is located in Tijuana, Mexico. Both of our facilities have been certified to meet the standards of TS 16949 and ISO 9001:
 

In addition, we have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements.  To ensure that a high standard of workmanship and quality is maintained, JEM trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620). Our compliance with the IPC standard increases our efficiency because our processes are set up to meet industry standards and we are able to offer our customers lower costs.  We also are a member of the WHMA, the Wiring Harness Manufacturer’s Association. 

Furthermore, we continually are seeking process improvement opportunities in order to provide our customers with the highest quality standards and on time delivery.  At JEM, quality and reliability of product is of the utmost importance.  Our robust quality assurance processes ensure that JEM complies with all documentation requirements, product configurations, and validation requirements.
