JEM Electronics' policy is to deliver defect-free, competitive products on time to fulfill our customers’ needs and expectations.  Our goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and continually improving processes. JEM Electronics’ vast manufacturing experience combined with its fully automated and semi-automated processing machines and standards of excellence guarantee only the highest quality products.

JEM Electronics’ manufacturing facilities have been certified to meet the standards of TS 16949 and ISO 9001 and also have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements.  To ensure that a high standard of workmanship and quality is maintained, JEM trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620).  JEM also is a member of the WHMA, the Wiring Harness Manufacturer’s Association.  Our robust quality assurance processes ensure that JEM complies with all documentation requirements, product configurations, and validation requirements.

All products manufactured by JEM Electronics are 100% quality tested.  JEM Electronics utilizes only the best equipment to test for resistance, continuity, hipot testing, and so forth.  In addition, we continually are seeking process improvement opportunities in order to provide our customers with the highest quality standards and on time delivery.  JEM's facilities in Franklin, MA and Tijuana, Mexico both practice lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.  JEM Electronics is continuously striving to eliminate waste in order to improve the quality of its product while reducing its cost.  At JEM, you can expect all of our processes to provide consistent, high levels of quality.
