JEM Electronics has the capabilities to perform automated wire and cable processing.  Our fully automated equipment allows us to cut and strip wires and cables in the most efficient and least costly way.  Furthermore, our fully automated equipment guarantees our customers 100% quality.

JEM utilizes various machines from companies such as Komax, Schleuniger, Tyco, Molex, and Kodera to efficiently meet your wire and cable processing needs.  We have the capabilities to crimp both ends of the wire, create double crimp connections with three different contacts, and carry out one-ended seal application, tinning, and ink-jet marking.  In addition, our machines have process monitoring that is fully integrated, which allows us to cut the wire to length and strip the wire exactly to your specification requirements.  These process monitors optimize quality control with their crimp force monitoring, seal monitoring, splice monitoring, detection system for wire end and knots, and good/bad sorting.

We also have cost-effective, fully automated crimping machines capable of twisting and tinning wires with a cross section from AWG 30-13 and twisting and tinning wire lengths from 2 to 25 mm.  Our operators are able to perform a variety of processing options, including twisting/tinning, full tinning, or tip tinning.  Our machines allow us to produce ideal twisting and tinning quality at minimal cost.

Furthermore, JEM Electronics utilizes equipment from various companies to ensure the quality and workmanship of every product we manufacture.   We use various testing equipment to 100% quality test cables and wire harnesses.  We are able to find defective or miswired cables instantly before equipment is damaged or time is wasted.  Our testers have a graphic wiring display that visually pinpoints wiring errors and that will pass/fail the wire harness in one second.  We are able to find opens, shorts, miswires, and intermittent connections, and we also can check for contact isolation and resistance thresholds.
