JEM Electronics manufactures custom cable assemblies of varied configurations and requirements.  We build to suit your specific cable assembly requirements.  JEM utilizes automated, high-speed cutting, stripping, and crimping processes whenever possible. These automated processes improve process repeatability, increasing the overall quality of our products. When appropriate, we also employ Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to ensure our processes remain in control.

Furthermore, JEM Electronics’ manufacturing facilities have been certified to meet the standards of TS 16949 and ISO 9001, and we also have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements.  To ensure that a high standard of workmanship and quality is maintained, JEM trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620).  Our customers can be confident that they always are receiving custom cable assemblies of the highest quality.
