Maintaining flexibility of our resources allows us to provide engineering and operational resources for prototype applications.  JEM Electronics has the capabilities and resources to manufacture both large and small orders of custom cable assemblies, wire harness assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, and box builds quickly and efficiently, meeting and exceeding our customers’ quality and time requirements.

 

To ensure that a high standard of workmanship and quality always is maintained, JEM trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620).  The IPC standard increases our efficiency because our processes are set up to meet industry standards and we are able to offer our customers lower costs.  Furthermore, JEM Electronics’ manufacturing facilities have been certified to meet the standards of ISO 9001, and we also have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements.  Our high quality standards demonstrate our ability to fulfill our customers’ mass production and prototyping needs.
