Semi-Automated Coaxial Cable Stripping

JEM utilizes several types of semi-automated coaxial cable stripping machines for processing all common coaxial cables. These programmable machines perform precise single and multiple stage strips.  The machines allow us to strip coaxial cable, triaxial cable, multi-conductor cable, and single conductor wire.   We are able to process various wires and cables, including RG8, RG11, and RG213 types.  The equipment permits us to process various cable types and diameters without changing the blade, and also provides us with short cycle times. 

 

Our equipment maximizes our manufacturing flexibility and productivity.  Our machines enable us to perform low volume, quick changeover applications in addition to high volume production runs.  The machines are quick and efficient, and produce high quality products.   The results are repeatable and precise, ensuring a consistently high quality product.

 

JEM Electronics has high standards of quality in place to ensure the precision and reliability of every cable we strip.  To ensure that a high standard of workmanship and quality is maintained, JEM trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620).  In addition, JEM’s manufacturing facilities have been certified to meet the standards of TS 16949 and ISO 9001, and we also have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements.
