Wire Harness Assembly

JEM Electronics manufactures wire harness assemblies of various configurations and requirements.  We are capable of manufacturing individual wire harness assemblies and high volume wire harness assemblies.

 

We use various testing equipment to 100% quality test wire harnesses.  We are able to find defective or miswired cables instantly before equipment is damaged or time is wasted.  Our testers have a graphic wiring display that visually pinpoints wiring errors and that will pass/fail the wire harness in one second.  We are able to find opens, shorts, miswires, and intermittent connections. We also can check for contact isolation and resistance thresholds. Our testing processes guarantee the quality of all manufactured wire harnesses.

 

Furthermore, JEM Electronics’ manufacturing facilities have been certified to meet the standards of TS 16949 and ISO 9001, and we also have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements.  In addition, JEM trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620) to ensure that a high standard of wire and cable stripping workmanship and quality is maintained.  We continually are seeking process improvement opportunities for our wire harness assemblies in order to provide our customers with the highest quality standards and on time delivery.
